Unlimited Civil™ is proprietary software owned by San Tan Developments LLC. Its original software, interfaces, visual elements, documentation, workflows, compilations, and content are proprietary. Publication, access, or display does not place any portion in the public domain or grant permission to copy or reuse it.

No implied license

Except for limited rights granted to an authorized user under the Terms of Use or a signed agreement, no license is granted by implication, estoppel, public availability, technical accessibility, or otherwise.

Restricted activities

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, source-code copying, reverse engineering, scraping, automated extraction, removal of rights notices, creation of derivative works, or use to develop or improve a competing system is prohibited.

Third-party materials

Customer plans, specifications, quotes, logos, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Their presence in the Service does not grant additional rights.

Reporting infringement

A report should identify the protected work, allegedly infringing material and location, the reporting party’s contact information and authority, and a good-faith explanation. Reports should be sent to the Service administrator or legal contact in the applicable agreement.

Evidence preservation

The Service owner may preserve access logs, version history, repository history, releases, design records, and other evidence relevant to unauthorized access, copying, disclosure, or infringement.
