San Tan Developments LLC operates Unlimited Civil. This Policy explains how information is handled when users access Unlimited Civil.

Information collected

The Service may collect account and profile information; login, device, browser, IP-address, and security-event information; project names, customer and contact information; plans, specifications, quotes, estimates, markups, measurements, notes, and other uploaded or generated project information; usage, diagnostic, performance, and error information; and communications with support or administrators.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the Service, authenticate users, process and preserve projects, perform requested analysis, improve reliability, prevent abuse, investigate security events, maintain audit history, comply with law, and enforce agreements.

Disclosure

Information may be disclosed to authorized members of the applicable organization; providers supporting infrastructure, hosting, storage, or processing under appropriate obligations; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; or parties to a business transaction subject to safeguards. Project information is not sold for third-party advertising.

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy legal obligations, and preserve backups. Administrators should establish deployment-specific retention rules.
